Paul Dunay on Rhythm Guitar & Vocals
Paul is the grandson of Carlo Restivo, a famous Vaudeville performer. Paul has been playing guitar since he was 8 years old. Originally studying classical guitar he eventually moved to electric guitar. Paul started playing in the band as an early teenager. He has been mostly covering the best of the Grateful Dead as well as creating many original tunes inspired by artists like the Dead. He has played in Grateful Dead bands like Midnight Sun, Free Space and is now a founding member of Terrapin.

JP Geoghegan on Drums
After years of playing in studio sessions and with live acts, JP spent the last 4 plus years as drummer and founding member of Stella Blues Band until his departure in the fall of 2013. Upon his departure from SBB he spent time in playing in pick up sessions at which time his friend Geoff Schneider called to chat about his project Terrapin, and the band rolled on. JP has played with Burnt Sienna, Laura Delallo, 15 Leroy, Hello Dali, Fred Filet, Stella Blues Band and is currently playing with Terrapin.

Aaron Hagele on Percussion

Aaron Hagele, has been singing, playing and performing music his whole life, starting with horns and bass guitar early in life. After college he was asked to join a friends band as a lead singer he quickly started learning about world percussion to add rhythmically and texturally to the jams, and had found his niche. Studying some traditional rhythms and creating his own voice to be able to versatilely add texture to many different types of music, he has since played in several touring bands and sat in regularly with dozens more. Over the years he has shared the stage with greats such as: George Porter Jr., Butch Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, Bill Evans and many many more.

Ric LuBell on Bass Guitar & Vocals
Ric started his young music career as a guitarist learning to play his favorite Beatles, British Blues Invasion and Philly Soul covers, earning him a gig as a session musician for Philly Groove Records, backing up groups like “The Delfonics” in the studio and on tour. Ric went on to attend Berklee College of Music studying guitar by day while performing nightly in Boston cover band, “Pumphouse Gang”, and recording with Ric Ocasek and Ben Orr (before they were The Cars). Ric’s currently playing and singing in various bands including Andrea and the Armenian Rug Riders, R.A.D.A.R. and Blonde Ambition. Ric is a founding member of Not DEAD Yet as well as Allman Brothers tribute band; Brothers Of The Road Band. In 2013, Ric was recruited to join Terrapin.

Ams Palmieri on Vocals
Ann Marie Palmieri (“Ams”) was born and raised in Westchester, NY and has been singing her way through life. Also known as “the little girl with the big voice,” Ams’ soulful vibe and vast musical range allow her to take audiences on a journey through time, exploring the work of artists such as Linda Ronstadt, Aretha Franklin, Bonnie Raitt, Joan Osborne, Susan Tedeschi, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Brandi Carlile…and many more. Her sultry yet crystal clear vocal quality has become a respected addition to the scene.

Geoff Schneider on Lead Guitar & Vocals
Geoff has been playing guitar for over 30 years inspired by musicians such as Jerry Garcia, Dicky Betts, Eric Clapton and Pete Townsend. Geoff is self taught and has played in numerous bands since he first started, covering Grateful Dead and plenty of other great music including penning original compositions. As a founding member of Terrapin, Geoff serves as musical director; helping to coordinate the arrangements of the music as well as set lists for all shows, which differ night to night.

Chuck Chesler on Keyboards & Vocals

Chuck began his grateful journey in the early 1980’s as a founding member of The Lost Boys. The Lost Boys played original and Grateful Dead Music, playing all the grateful places back in the day like Wetlands and opening for the likes of BB King, The Band, Hot Tuna and a host of others. The Lost Boys released one album and still play their annual Thanksgiving show in New City NY.  Chuck has been manning the keys with Terrapin since November 2019. Chuck plays a custom B-3 chop by Paul Studor of Organ Service Company of NJ, a Vintage Vibe 64 Rhodes and various digital pianos, synths, accordions and melodicas.

Saxist/songwriter/producer Crispin Cioe has left an indelible imprint on American/ British roots and pop music. A co-founding member of the Uptown Horns, Cioe has recorded and toured with icons like the Rolling Stones, Joe Cocker, Tom Waits, Ray Charles, Joan Jett, Robert Palmer among countless others. As a soloist, he’s recorded/toured with such greats as Dusty Springfield, The Manhattans, Debbie Harry and Keith Richards. Crispin often makes guest appearances with Terrapin!
